"Linda, being an ex-dancer and haven taken many exercise classes from personal trainers, I have learned where the muscles are and how they should be worked.  You are excellent with being careful with the different age levels and past injuries of participants in your classes, giving them an alternative way to move with each exercise.  And I like the way you change up the classes with some cardio along with weight-bearing exercises and add stretching.  I have made my work schedule around your classes."
